Permission to skate forms and NRPs are now AVAILABLE.
!!YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE FOR CENTRE HASTINGS FOR IT TO BE VALID!!
Please email [email protected] and leave your Players name, birth date for U9, U10, U13 Quinte tryouts
Include where you are trying out (if player is U14, U15, U16) and its not Quinte Red Devils.
If getting an NRP in addition to players name please specify Quinte West or Belleville as your tryout destination.
John Croskery will be within 1/2 hour drive of the Marmora Arena cell# 613-391-9362 from 8am-3pm - Sept. 13, 14,15,16 (these dates added to the previous 6, 12 hour windows provided)
Arena Staff will be there with access to the sheets the same days 3pm until 8pm.
Your address etc. is blank, the authorizing signature is signed and the players name if you emailed ahead.
PTS for Junior will also need a signature from AAA if you played AAA last season.
If you come by and haven't contacted me, I do have some AAA ones signed with no players names, you can take one - However they are specific to age this year so ensure you grab the right one. You must email me that you picked one up this way, it may become invalid if not.

Pass the word on, we don't want to miss anyone due to OMHA needing to leave it late.
NRPs need to be filled out prior, if you do not email ahead it will not be available. Emails prior to Sept. 1 ( for example July or early August) will not be gone back through, please resend.
